Personal Space
Art show curated by Jesse Mockrin

In this exhibit, married artists Alison Lee Schroeder and Gerardo Camargo explore the physical and psychological space they share in everyday family life.

They speak to us from and of a fluctuating identity that manifests itself in a process of suggestion, modification, surrender, and substitution, in which it becomes clear that nothing draws to a true end, but rather forms part of a continuous cycle.

Through drawings, paintings, and objects, the couple invites us into their personal space, a soup of nostalgia, pain, joy, and humor that is both unique and universal.

Admission is your non-monetary donation to the FREE bar or the FREE boutique.
Suggested items include: avocados/ guacamole, gluten free crackers, wine for sharing, bundt cake, ingredients for hot toddies, hand-me-down shoes, your unwanted clothes and housewares, old towels and dish rags, the lint from your pocket!
