Vairavan will lead dance and performance artists through a workshop exploring physical balance + physical/emotional boundaries as a process in creative content generation and movement composition.

The first hour will be spent warming up and generating sweat, and the second hour will be experimenting with boundary and balance through a series of exercises in composition and performance where artists are asked to hold space, witness and reflect while creating.

This session is designed for intermediate/advanced movers/dancers/yogis.
