This workshop combines Kundalini Yoga—a dynamic practice utilizing breath, sound, movement and meditation—with Reiki—a hands-on healing technique from Japan that promotes wellness on physical, emotional, and spiritual planes.
We will explore kryias (sets of exercises) designed to target and eliminate stress and tension; meditations to bring balance to our nervous system and expand our intuition; and mantras for mental clarity and emotional relief. Participants will be guided through basic Reiki procedures for self-healing and will receive hands-on treatment from the instructor. Ultimately our work will be in cultivating the compassion and consciousness needed to heal ourselves and one another while we bridge our individual energies with universal life force.
