This weekly class is rooted in somatic, dance/movement, and expressive arts therapies as well as spiritual and energetic modalities.

Based on the empirically supported assertion that mind, body, and spirit are inseparable and interconnected, these therapeutic approaches provide an opportunity to attend to and nurture ourselves holistically. Our mindfulness practice will travel through stillness, movement, deep listening, creativity, and expression to promote self-healing and overall well-being.

The class is open to all with no experience required. Class material can be adapted for sitting, standing, or lying down.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and wash your hands before class.

Please contact pieterpasd@gmail.com for class payment and zoom login information!
