Are you feeling guilt or shame around your body or pleasure?
Are you feeling stuck in your self-pleasure practice?
Are you curious about Orgasmic Yoga but intimidated by the idea of this edgy practice in a group setting?
Are you ready to explore and expand your erotic menu?
Do you want new tools to incorporate into your solo and partnered pleasure?
What if you could have more options for your erotic menu like a sexy buffet?
Are you ready to become a curious erotic explorer?
Orgasmic Yoga is an erotic embodiment practice where we weave breath, movement, sound, touch, intention, and awareness with our self-pleasuring.
It’s not about specific poses.
It’s not goal oriented in terms of “how many orgasms can I achieve?”
Orgasmic Yoga can look different every time we practice it. There is no one way to do it. There is no “right” way to do an OYoga session. It is about exploring head to toe with intention, as a curious erotic explorer, and playing with erotic energy.
Join us for a “PG” version of OYoga! In this modified, mini-version of a regular circle, we’ll be using tools and key elements from the Orgasmic Yoga practice – breath, sound, touch, movement, and awareness – to explore our erotic potential in a safe, brave, gently guided space.
This is an experiential, exploratory, dynamic space where we will get to have shame-free discussions within sex positive, body positive, and LGBTQ+ inclusive context. (And: Get all your questions answered about how the “regular” Orgasmic Yoga circles go!)
In this OYoga 101 workshop, the focus is less on explicit erotic energy and more on expanding the definitions of what pleasure can be. The emphasis is not on orgasms at all. We will remain fully clothed for the duration of the exploration. There will be no eye gazing, nor touching of others (even if you’re attending with a partner).
