Connect to your solo-erotic practice in a very loosely guided, communal space. Free from outside stimuli, like porn and fantasy (though we absolutely love those in other contexts!), explore your body, sensation, and pleasure from head to toe with no rush or agenda in a sex positive and body positive community. In this space, folks have connected to their bodies, pleasure, and eroticism outside of reciprocal, partnered experiences; following illness or surgery; and as they move through the processes of healing and/or aging.

In this class, the focus is not on yoga poses and not on doing the same thing in a coordinated way together as a group. (As long as you can get down on the ground and stay there for chatting before and after ~50 minutes of practice, you’re all good!) We use breath, movement, sound, touch, placement of attention, and setting of intentions to weave into our self-pleasuring practices.

Quick note on boundaries/container (more can be found in the FB event):
Nudity is not required, but is welcome.
There is no touching of others and no eye-gazing (even if attending with a partner).
You must fill out an application and be accepted to attend. No drop ins: http://bit.ly/OYogaApp
