WHOOPASS: 6 week bootcamp, Tues and Fri, 7-8am, starting Jan 9
Time to open a can of WHOOPASS and unleash your beast! Build survival strength using cardio interval bursts, conditioning drills, and fun obstacle courses. Leave feeling packed with energy, confident, and ready to conquer life! All levels welcome. Variations will be offered to accommodate your fitness level.
BUTT STUFF: Weekly class, Wednesdays 7-8pm, starting Jan 10
Yep, this one is dedicated to the donk! Total focus on lower body. Tone tush and thighs using bodyweight, resistance bands, and free weights. Customized BUTT remixes that will have your booty bouncing off walls! All kinds of behinds welcome.
HyperBody is a multimedia artist, athlete, and certified group fitness instructor. Imagine the sporty love child of Jim Carrey, David Bowie, and Jane Fonda. This hardbody takes you beyond the workout and into a hyperreality where fitness is the entertainment.
