About: The Heart Dept is thrilled to introduce their new program Heartbeats! Pop-up holistic healing centers at community spaces and evacuation sites, because our nervous systems needs care during this catastrophe. All are welcome for this free event. Survivors, first responders, volunteers, community leaders and more! Everyone needs support at this time.

What to bring: Your own preferred yoga mat and/or blanket if you choose to enjoy a sound bath. But we will also have those provided!
