Description: A monthly meditation space to gather and ground into the infinite potentials of presence through offerings of yoga, breath work, dance and plants. Each month a new plant will be introduced to support your journey along with a diversity of meditation practices for all bodies to move towards being present and nurtured during times of transition, grief of a shifting planet and movements towards liberation. We’ll gather in community, to practice presence, anchor and root into earth consciousness, guided by breath to make space for and move towards more expansiveness, harmony and balance. In these monthly gatherings, there will be moments of collaborative choreography to celebrate, uplift and affirm liberation through unity of body, mind, soul and community.

What to expect: Guided breath work, yoga, improvisational and intuitive movement, collaboration, care, reflection, journal writing, dance, sharing, Yoga asanas are always offered with modifications and always optional. This space is for all bodies to connect and listen to their own intelligence and move guided by your own needs. Stillness is also a movement!

Accessibility note: All bodies and abilities are welcome. Moving from floor to standing in slow yoga poses. Participating from seating on a chair or mobility device is an option. Some burning of herbs and essential oil sprays will be used. Please let the instructor know if there are any personal accommodations you may need prior to class beginning.

The space is located on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs directly up from the entrance. Elevator access is available; please email pieterpasd@gmail.com prior to event if you will be using it. The elevator is spacious enough for any mobility device and the 2nd floor space is free of any steps or mobility barriers. There are no automated doors in the building.

There are two all-gender restrooms with three private stalls and a urinal. Each restroom has one stall accessible for mobility device users. Free parking is available directly behind our building at 2412 Workman Street. There are two additional free city lots south of Broadway on Workman Street. There is also ample metered parking in the neighborhood. Have questions or need additional accommodations? Email pieterpasd@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
